Careers
Work on several companies at once.
We are a small remote team running a portfolio of live products. The work is broad, technical, and closer to founding than to filling a seat.
How we work
Ownership, literally
You take a product or a surface and it is yours — design, implementation, deployment, and the pager when it misbehaves. Nobody hands you a specification to type out.
Remote-first, low ceremony
Distributed by default, written by preference, with few standing meetings. We optimise for long uninterrupted stretches because that is when the work actually happens.
Breadth on purpose
A portfolio this varied means the same person might touch a networking layer, an agent sandbox and a payment ledger in one quarter. If that sounds appealing rather than exhausting, you will like it here.
We maintain what we ship
Nothing gets thrown over a wall, because there is no wall and no one on the other side of it. That makes people noticeably more careful about what they build.
Where we tend to need people
Open applications.
We do not keep a standing list of vacancies — with a team this size, roles are created around the right person rather than advertised and filled. These are the areas where that happens most often.
Product engineers
Comfortable across a Python backend and a TypeScript frontend, and more interested in a working system than in a preferred framework.
Infrastructure engineers
Networks, Linux, tunnels and deployments. Self-hosting is a design choice here, not a cost-saving measure, and it needs people who enjoy that.
Applied AI engineers
Agent behaviour, evaluation and constraint design — especially the question of how to make an autonomous process safe when it is wrong.
Introduce yourself.
Send us something you have built and a few lines on what you want to work on. We read everything, and we would rather see the work than a formatted CV.
